Founders
Mr Hemant Aggarwal after finishing his Mechanical Engineering joined family trucking business in the year 1976. With his extensive experience & proficiency in transportation, he set up “Shailshuta Logistics Pvt Ltd” in the year 2006.
Mr Aggarwal known for his zeal for customer satisfaction and focused quality approach coupled with impeccable execution took Shailshuta Logistics to great heights earning name and recognition as one of the most professionally- managed and process-driven Domestic Trucking organization in India Market.
Mr Kushagra Aggarwal joined “Shailshuta Logistics Pvt Ltd” in the year 2005 as trainee to learn business processes. In the year 2008 incorporated “Om Shailshuta Logistics Pvt Ltd” which further led to extensive development of Domestic Trucking providing EXIM services on the same platform of Domestic Trucking in the forwarding vertical. To build on the capability Group added verticals of Container transportation and Depot Management building up relationships with Shipping fraternity, Global lines and business market leaders.

Director
As the Director of Om Shailshuta Logistics, Mr. Arun Mohindra has been the catalyst in introducing new management techniques in the company. His last position was Vice President – Evergreen Shipping Line (Taiwan Flag) and before that he was Manager Sales of American President Lines (US Flag) with combined shipping experience of 35 years. Since 2015 till now has logged in over 08 years in Freight Forwarding. Mr. Arun Mohindra has helped create ownership amongst the employees which in turn attributed to the Growth of the company.
Gopinath Singh
Business Development Manager (Export)
Mr. Gopinath Singh holds the position of Business Development Manager in the team OSL. He comes with an experience of 20 years with last position as Sales Head at Evergreen Shipping Line ( Taiwan Flag ). His ability to perform under pressure situations with cool & calm mind makes him special. Mr. Gopinath Singh has played a very important role in taking OSL to new heights of success by adding new businesses to OSL with his hard work and dedication.
Harikesh Shahi
Manager Sales (Import)
Mr. Harikesh Shahi holds the position of Senior Sales Manager (Import) in the team. He has in-depth knowledge of Air / Sea / Project Cargo/ / Custom Clearance. He is always ready for new challenges and commands outstanding relationships with existing customers. He puts his best effort into searching for new customers by offering the best logistics solutions as per the customer’s personalized needs. Mr. Harikesh can plan logistics projects from start till the end. He has handled every kind of Import shipments during his career.
Rajeevan Kappadan
Import Documentation Manager
Mr. Rajeevan has served for 29 years with last position as Head Customer Care – Documentation and Customer service for APL shipping Line ( US Flag ). With Mr. Rajeevan’ s insistence on quality, impeccable execution and customer satisfaction, OSL is recognized as one of the process driven professionally managed organizations. Right from analyzing the key areas, Mr. Rajeevan takes complete control & deploys his team to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations in terms of both concrete results & service quality.

Export Documentation Manager
Mr. Ashant Rajput holds the key position of Export Documentation Manager in the team. He comes with experience of 20 years in Shipping Lines, Terminals and now Forwarding Services and possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to handle the shipments effectively. He is well-versed in export regulations and compliance, which enables OSL to guide customers through every step of the export process. Mr. Ashant takes care of export declarations, documentation, and arranging the transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers.
